The hallway echoed with sounds from other guests. Parking presented a bit of a hike, although that's typical in this area. It could add a hassle for those with heavy luggage. The bathroom had a funky smell every now and then, less than desirable .

Everything was very comfortable, unbeatable location not far from beaches and walking trail around peninsula and an amazing seafood restaurant, affable staff. The atmosphere created was quiet! The services were very good, including enjoyable breakfasts and free parking if needed. Appreciated our stay.

All the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and clean with balcony and the staff are amiable. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The place is nice, almost wanted to give it 5 stars, but the bathroom was so small, it reminded me of a hamster cage, and the lovely smell of raw sewerage was quite the complimentary touch. And for all the hassle, a little welcome gift would've been just grewt. But I guess that's too much to expect?

I had an very nice week exploring Dubrovnik, and staying here was a highlight! The room was fantastic, featuring a lovely balcony for morning coffee while enjoying the stunning sea view. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Marko was passionate about sharing insights on the area, which made discovering local gems much easier. Plus, I appreciated having a kitchenette that was fully equipped for those nights when I wanted to cook my own meals.

Marko was super helpful, giving us ideas for boat excursions to the Elafiti islands and off-road safaris. The local beach was just 15 minutes away, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere with the nearby restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped for easy meals.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, a bit cozy with all of us together.

The hotel is located next to the bus station for the center, Lapad area and beach, and the most beautiful beaches and nature. The units are spotless and well-designed with beautiful views and a balcony. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered at very reasonable prices. I had a great experience at Cosmai Residence. The hotel's convenient location next to the bus station made it easy to explore the area.
